Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
Skills
- Solid Business Analyst craft skill and vast experience in Utilities metering process.
- Expertise in eliciting, analysing, prioritising, and validating requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Have a talent for rapid absorption of new information and can apply it effectively.
- Experience of leading and facilitating project meetings & workshops effectively and producing documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, Business Process Flows and Data Flow Diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral.
- Ability to plan & monitor own work activities meeting time and quality targets.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- Build and maintain excellent work relationships.
