Adaugeo Media specialises in connecting financial solution providers with corporate treasury, payments, and procurement leaders through content and events. We are the name behind The Working Capital Forum, Treasury Dragons, and Transaction Banking Academy.

Role Description
We're looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to work across our three brands. You'll be the first point of contact for speakers, sponsors and delegates. As well as dealing with them you'll be handling online marketing campaigns, setting up online events, occasionally travelling to in-person events, staying on top of budgets and generally pitching in when things get hectic. This is a flexible role; We'd like you to come to our City of London office at least once a week, but we're open to conversations about what hours you work and when. This could be an ideal role for someone looking to balance work with childcare, for example.

Salary
cĀ£35,000 a year or pro rata, depending on hours agreed.

Essential Skills
- Personable and presentable - you'll need to deal with clients with confidence.
- Experience in marketing/events or project management
- Organised (spreadsheet junkies encouraged)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Not afraid of speaking on the phone - you'll need to call people and take calls.
- Self-starter - able to work by yourself or as part of small remote teams.
- Graduate degree

Useful Skills
- Some interest in B2B financial technology/corporate treasury/transaction banking
- Has some experience in a similar environment
- Canva, Hubspot experience
