Legl is a fast-growing, B2B regtech/fintech platform with a mission to bring the legal industry into the 21st century. We are backed by some of the best venture investors in Europe (Series B) and we are scaling quickly on our next phase of growth. Our mission is to make legal services work better for law firms and their clients. Since launching just over 4 years ago, we are proud to partner with over 350 law firms, including 40 of the UK's top 200, and some of their regulated clients as well.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships to expand Legl's reach and enhance our platform offerings.
- Cultivating relationships with key industry players (e.g., technology providers) to drive mutual value.
- Collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Product) to align partnership goals with business objectives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on partnership opportunities within the legal tech ecosystem.
- Representing Legl at industry events and showcasing our market-leading solutions.
Execution of Partnership Strategy
- Defining and implementing a clear partnership roadmap including market segmentation.
Pipeline Development
- Sourcing potential partnerships that drive growth for existing offerings.
Assisting with Negotiation & Deal Management
- Being involved in end-to-end deal processes including due diligence.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Establishing metrics to measure success of partnerships (e.g., revenue contribution).
Continuous Improvement
- Identifying areas for optimization in partnership models for maximum stakeholder value.
Success Metrics After 3 Months
1. Established commercial relationships with key technical partners.
2. Produced a plan for building out an ecosystem of referral partners.
3. Created a business plan (with revenue goals) for partnerships through end of 2026.
4. Established working relationships across various teams within Legl.
Qualifications Required
- Proven Track Record: Experience in partnerships or business development preferably within SaaS or tech sectors.
- Relationship-Driven Mindset: Exceptional stakeholder management skills focused on building trust.
- Strategic & Analytical Approach: Ability to evaluate market opportunities effectively.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Comfortable leading discussions with executives.
- Collaborative & Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrives in dynamic environments working cross-functionally.
