Key purpose
As a Finance Transformation Business Analyst, you will produce the necessary documents and assist with the roll-out of the Finance Transformation Programme. The role supports the design, assessment and implementation of improved processes, aligned with organisational goals and compliance requirements. This is a multi-faceted role which requires strong organisation, technical and partnering skills to support the success of the finance transformation initiatives.
Experience and traits
β’ Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant, or equivalent experience
β’ Strong background in documenting and assessing financial processes
β’ Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
β’ Familiarity with risk and control frameworks
β’ Exposure to transformation projects or change management initiatives
β’ Experience of working with stakeholders spread across multiple international locations
β’ Analytical thinker with a focus on identifying root causes and solutions
β’ Attention to detail and commitment to high quality deliverables
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
Key responsibilities and tasks
β’ Design of βto beβ processes, ensuring process flows and narratives are captured concisely
β’ Corroborate documented processes through data analysis
β’ Chair workshops with stakeholders to elicit information about their processes
β’ Create procedure manuals for implementation of the βto beβ processes
β’ Develop and deliver training across the business on new processes, and prepare periodic communications
β’ Supervise and document User Acceptance Testing and input into go-live decision points
