Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all internal fit-out works, including drylining, M&E installations, carpentry, flooring, and final finishes.
- Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider site team to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager, flagging any potential delays or issues.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all snagging issues are addressed efficiently.
- Liaise with clients architects consultants ensure project specifications met Maintain accurate site records including progress reports health safety documentation material deliveries Oversee enforce health safety measures ensure safe working environment Assist managing budgets procurement resource allocation related internal works
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Internals Site Manager or similar role within residential construction Strong understanding of internal fit-out processes finishing trades Experience managing subcontractors working tight deadlines Excellent communication leadership skills drive performance quality Knowledge of health safety regulations construction Ability interpret drawings specifications Proficient project management software Microsoft Office applications Valid SMSTS CSCS First Aid certifications

Experience working large-scale residential developments NVQ Level 6 equivalent Construction Management
