As a Marketing Manager at H.R. Owen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Marketing strategy and plans for the business and our iconic marques. Ensuring a consistent influx of quality prospects for our sales team, fostering loyalty among existing customers in both sales and aftersales, identifying additional sales opportunities, and enhancing the value of our marques and the H.R. Owen brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
Campaign Development:
- Create and oversee innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target HNW audience, leveraging various channels such as digital, social media, and experiential.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute high-quality events to generate suitable prospects, cross-selling and upselling opportunities, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Ensure events adhere to compliance and safety guidelines as well as brand standards.
Brand Management:
- Safeguard and enhance the brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Partnership Building:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key strategic partners to amplify business/brand visibility.
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, recording and reporting on ROI.
- Allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
CRM Utilisation:
- Utilise the H.R. Owen and manufacturer partner CRM systems
