Company Overview
Huckleberry are partnering exclusively with The Pokémon Company International to find a Product Marketing Manager with extensive experience (3-4 years) of mobile gaming apps to work on Pokémon Unite and Pokémon Sleep for the EMEA region.
Contract Duration
This is an initial contract role until the end of October.
Responsibilities
Product Marketing
- Driving the development of strategic marketing plans for mobile apps (Pokémon Unite and Pokémon Sleep) working closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA, US and Japan to align on messaging, goals, and objectives.
- Work with those teams to develop engaging outbound marketing campaigns aligned to those objectives.
- Responsible for the EMEA region only.
- Partner deeply with internal/external teams to gain an in-depth understanding of key product features, promotions, and target performance metrics.
- Communicate this information to internal teams and serve as a product champion within Marketing.
- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans for product launches and ongoing support of new feature rollouts and seasonal events.
- Establish best practice for marketing campaign planning, change management, and dashboard reporting.
- Measure and optimize campaign results; provide key insights to Marketing and Product Development teams.
Analysis & Reporting
- Take ownership of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Track and interpret product and marketing analytics; suggest improvements or revised marketing strategies.
- Identify, investigate, understand, explain trends found in reporting; report back to business.
Advertising
- Lead advertising campaigns that support product objectives.
- Assess product needs; provide direction to external agencies; develop advertising support; execute campaigns; assess results.
- Drive development/execution of UA media plans across all digital channels.
- Oversee implementation/optimization/performance of media campaigns; give strategic feedback on campaigns.
- Work with media agency to analyze effectiveness of media campaigns; optimize spend/performance based on insights/data-driven decisions supporting marketing goals.
- Provide updates on various media topics; stay informed about cultural moments/social media/tech trends – offering strategic thinking with key stakeholders.
- Build/guid track the marketing budget; conduct return on investment analyses on all campaigns applying takeaways for future efforts.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in mobile game product marketing in Europe
- Extensive knowledge of digital/mobile industries
- Interest in other marketing/business development fields

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring three days at the Chiswick Park office.
