Location: Hybrid- Remote/2 days per week in London
Duration: initially running for 3-6 months (long term extensions are expected)

Role:
As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions, primarily focusing on Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) to support business processes and enhance productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, build solutions, and maintain the Dynamics environment, ensuring seamless integrations and optimal performance. This role requires expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and a solid understanding of programming languages and data structures.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Dynamics 365 Development
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) based on business requirements.
- Customize Dynamics 365 modules to support various functional areas, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and business process flows using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

2) Configuration & Customization
- Configure out-of-the-box features in Dynamics 365 and extend functionality using custom code, scripts, and plugins as needed.
- Customize forms, views, workflows,and dashboards to enhance user experienceand data accessibility.

3) Integration & Data Management
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applicationsand data sources using APIsand Middleware.
- Develop data migration plansand assistin migrating Legacydata toDynamics 365.
- Designand implementdata structures,includingenity models ,fields,and relationships .

4) Testing & Documentation
- Conduct unit testing ,system testing ,and user acceptance testingto ensure qualityand compliancewith requirements .
- Document all configurations ,customizations ,and development activities ,including technical specificationsand user guides .

5) Support & Maintenance
- Provide ongoing supportandt troubleshootingfor theDynamics 365environment .
- Stay up to datewith new releasesand updatesfor MicrosoftDynamics relatedtechnologies torecommend improvementsandsure optimal useof system capabilities .

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degreein Computer Science ,Information Technology or a relatedfield .
* Proven experiencewithMicrosoftDynamics 365(CRM ,ERP )development customization .
* Strong knowledgeofMicrosoftPowerPlatform includingPowerApps PowerAutomate Dataverse .
* Proficiencyin C#,.NET JavaScript relevant frameworks languages.
* ExperiencewithDynamics API SDK integration methods(SOAP REST).
* FamiliaritywithAzure cloudservices DevOps tools.
* Excellentproblem-solving skills attentionto detail abilityto work independentlyandin a team.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience withDynamics forFinance Operations.
* Knowledgeof SQL datamanagement tools.
* Familiaritywith Agiledevelopment methodologies.
* Relevantcertificationsin MicrosoftDynamics orPowerPlatform
