About the Role:
EG Group are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity as an IT Support Specialist at our Head Office! This is a multi-functional role that offers the opportunity to work across teams in the UK, Benelux, and France. As part of our dynamic environment, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the technology landscape within our FTG (Food-to-Go) sites. This includes resolving POS and payment issues, contributing to innovative technology projects, and ensuring seamless operations across the regions. You will also play a key administrative role in maintaining IT procurement processes, including raising purchase orders through our SAP system for the UK and Europe.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Provide first-class support for POS systems and payment issues across EG Groups Food-To-Go sites.
- Collaborate with UK, Benelux, and French teams to implement and maintain technology solutions for our Food-To-Go sites.
- Work on technology-driven projects to ensure sites operate with cutting-edge tools and systems.
- Maintain IT procurement processes, including raising and managing purchase orders in SAP for the UK and European regions.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of IT solutions and services.
- Regularly communicate updates to relevant stakeholders on ongoing projects and operational issues.

What were looking for:
Essential:
- Strong understanding of POS systems and payment technologies.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems for raising and managing purchase orders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Networking knowledge, including troubleshooting connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Ethernet).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems to address technical issues.
- Strong organisational и multitasking skills,with ability manage both day-to-day operations long-term projects.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting or implementing technology solutions in retail businesses
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems basic server environments.
- Skills scripting automation (e.g., PowerShell Python) efficiency IT operations.
