Position Overview
Urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a hybrid basis. Ideally will be based 3 days on site and 2 days remotely.
Requirements
- Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor with a solid and strong main contracting background.
- Experience working for Tier one main contractors in the Civils, MEP or main contracting space.
- Competent in contracts administration, cost control, variations, price change etc., ideally on self-delivery projects.
- Strong contracting experience with a solid career path.
- Candidates must demonstrate completing projects or being close to completion; multiple short contract roles are not suitable.
