We are seeking a suitable candidate for our esteemed multinational partner.
As the OCM Change Capability Lead, you will develop the strategy, concepts, and community engagement activities for the OCM Shared Service. This includes refining guidance, cluster OCM toolkits, templates, and best practices across all ASPIRE Product Areas, such as OCM for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), OCM for Deployments, OCM for the End-to-End Support Framework (E2E SF), and OCM for Sustainment.
What will be your responsibilities?
Drive S4 HANA OCM Strategy release updates to address business needs and provide strategic guidance for cluster toolkit refreshes.
Lead global OCM onboarding, relaunch the community, and drive engagement for alignment.
Streamline end-to-end OCM integration by incorporating ARTs/E2E value streams, Customer Success Management/Key Account Management model for Live Sites, and E2F SF/Support.
Integrate ARTs/E2E value streams, customer success models, and sustainment specifics into the OCM framework.
Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness and implement continuous improvements for Live Sites.
Establish, monitor, and report KPIs as part of the OCM KPI Framework, focusing on deployment and sustainment.
Are we looking for you?
5+ years of experience related to Organizational Change Management in business and IT transformation programs.
Experience in managing stakeholders within a large corporate setting, focusing on change initiatives and interventions that enhance value delivery.
A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and changes within the stakeholder landscape.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably with experience in the scaled agile framework.
Collaborative and team-oriented with a focus on client service, able to work successfully in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty.
Bringing a can-do attitude, working hands-on, and committed to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Open to international travel as required.
