Description
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide accurate and useful information for decision-making.
- Liaise with various departments to gather data and understand business processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for financial planning and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by the senior management team.
- Review and improve financial systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Profile A Successful Management Accountant Should Have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Job Offer:
An estimated salary range of £40,000 to 48,000 commensurate with skills and experience.
