Your new company is a large National Main Contractor, who are one of the UK's leading Construction and Property Development businesses.
Project Details
The project in question consists of a new build Designer Outlet in Tewkesbury, creating 136,000 sq ft of Retail, Food, and Beverage space for 56 brands (circa £40M).
Candidate Requirements
My client is looking for an individual with good Commercial experience within a main contractor capacity and the ability to oversee Packages and Procurement.
