Position Overview
Anaconda is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager III - EMEA to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You'll Do
- Build a relationship with the Anaconda Integration and Engineering teams to foster successful customer implementations.
- Support our Anaconda Community initiative by cultivating brand loyalty and brand ambassadors among stakeholders of our enterprise customers.
- Support our customer through the Anaconda Customer Journey by identifying how the customer uses the platform and by providing tools and resources for continuous improvement of their product utilization.
- Actively engage with passive customers to keep them up-to-date with our products and new features while sharing the Anaconda value proposition.
- Conduct semi-annual customer meetings to gauge current customer journey stage, expansion opportunities, and renewal potential.
- Drive resolution to customer issues/obstacles by working collaboratively across cross-functional internal teams ensuring great customer experience.
- Serve as voice of customer within Anaconda positively influencing product/solution capabilities/offering.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of market forces affecting customers offering insight into ways Anaconda can provide greater value in helping customers meet business goals.

What You Need
- 3–5 plus years of Account Management or Customer Success experience
- Experience with SaaS technology cloud systems product integrations; open source preferred
- Track record of successful renewals contract management
- Track record supporting product implementations in CSM role
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to be observant of customer cues
- Ability to draw conclusions make decisions without oversight
- Ability manage multiple customers at multiple stages
- Comfortable in front camera recording videos
