Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation of complex electronic sub-systems from design to delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Make a significant impact on our delivery approach as a crucial project management team member.

What Do You Need
- Expertise in Project Management best practices: Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Compliance Management, Configuration Management, Earned Value Management.
- Successful delivery of significant projects/programmes on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing projects across various phases, from conception to customer delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Organised with great attention to detail and a sense of pride in delivering quality work.

Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in Electronics Development demonstrated in their CV.
- Experience designing and delivering complex electronic sub-systems from concept to production.

Security Clearance
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship is required.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.
As a minimum after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by our client's Security Team.

Location Details
This role is based at our client's headquarters in Stevenage—a key location for missile operations—offering excellent transportation links, an onsite gym, and a coffee shop.
Training and development opportunities are available for all employees.
