Role Overview:
We are looking for Sales and Business Development Executives who are driven, motivated, and passionate about both sales and career development. This commission-based role offers exciting opportunities to work with a dynamic team, help clients achieve their career goals, and promote various marketing services through our partners. You will be responsible for promoting career counseling services, managing client relationships, and overseeing collections for various services including consulting charges, placement fees, and partner marketing services. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify potential clients through online platforms calls and networking.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects for ongoing outreach and sales.
- Conduct targeted outreach through emails calls meetings to promote BLOOMED Careers’ services
and our partner marketing solutions.

Sales Conversion & Client Engagement:
- Promote consulting services placement offerings
and career development courses to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into clients by addressing queries offering tailored solutions
and successfully closing sales.
- Promote sell partner services in Reputation Management Digital Marketing Email Marketing WhatsApp Marketing
and Marketing Automation.
- Collect fees for services offered ensuring accurate efficient payment collection (consulting charges placement fees course fees marketing services).
- Follow up on outstanding payments ensure timely collections.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build maintain long-term relationships with clients foster loyalty increase repeat business.
- Encourage referrals develop strategies ongoing client engagement satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support ensure client success satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Feedback:
- Stay up-to-date market trends competitor activities industry needs identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback suggestions management team improve service offerings develop new strategies.

Progress Reporting:
- Track report daily sales activities achievements performance metrics management.
- Analyze sales data enhance strategies identify areas growth.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: No specific qualification required but a background in Business Marketing or related fields is a plus.
Sales Acumen: Prior experience in sales business development or client management preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal written communication abilities.
Self-Motivation: Ability work independently commission-based environment while meeting targets.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable CRM tools MS Office digital communication platforms.
Performance Driven: Willingness work towards exceed sales targets.
