Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Aligning on Sponsors expectations - pre & post sale; ensuring the sales process is deliverable.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients once they have signed the contract from initial planning stages through delivery of events.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions contracts; agreements using our CRM.
- Provide daily support to sponsors to facilitate their registration through our internal management systems.
- Build an internal knowledge base; help with onboarding new clients.
- Collect feedback from clients post-event to evaluate satisfaction levels; identify areas for improvement.

What we expect from you
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have 2–8 years of experience in client management account management or customer success.
- Have previous experience working within the B2B events industry.
- Are well-organised detail-focused display ability to structure prioritise their work.
- Are fast learning competent with new systems.
- Have a UK work permit.

Start date: Flexible. Monday - Friday we work from our office; do not offer remote work.
