Scrum Master -- Outside IR35

Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Scrum Master within the public sector
- Background in software development
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle

Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt a customer focus to understanding what the customer and user needs
- Guide and coach the scrum team on agile practices and principles
- Facilitate agile delivery, ensuring scope and objectives are understood by the scrum team
- Coordinate agile ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives
- Manage the agreed sprint backlog
- Lead cross-functional scrum team to influence and drive decisions, supporting the PO in managing stakeholder expectations
- Ensure any blockers/impediments to the scrum team's progress are surfaced and resolved
- Attend scrum of scrums and support senior scrum master
- Collaborate with programme leadership team communicating progress in scrum of scrums as well as participating in Programme Increment Planning

Desirable Qualifications:
- GDS experience is desirable
- Scrum certified
