Project Overview
A public sector organisation is embarking on a major strategic project to move their current on-premise Finance system (Unit4 BusinessWorld) to Software as a Service (SaaS) by the end of 2025.

Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Rate: £450/day maximum, outside IR35

Role Requirements
As part of this project and wider Finance systems work, the organisation requires a consultant specialising in Senior Finance Business Analysis Services to:
- Work across the technical team to gain a deep understanding of business requirements, desired outcomes and priorities.
- Translate these into solutions within BusinessWorld and related systems.

Responsibilities
The consultant will:
- Provide timely updates as an external consultant to the project board.
- Communicate project progress to the CFO and other senior stakeholders.

Desirable Experience
It is highly desirable that the successful supplier will have Higher Education experience and can be on site up North when needed (2-3 days a week).

Working Methodology
Where possible you will work using Agile ways of working (Scrum) for delivery; however, there is also an internal requirement for structured governance and reporting.
