THIS IS A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT, PAYING UP TO £650 DAILY. OUT OF IR35
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the implementation of the CIPHR HR system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful deployment of CIPHR.
The role requires a blend of HR systems expertise, project management skills and a deep understanding of HR processes and technology.
Role Requirements:
Lead and own the implementation of the CIPHR system, from discover phase through to deployment.
Work closely with People and Culture, Technical Services, and other business departments to gather system requirements, ensuring CIPHR aligns with People and Culture’s needs.
Develop comprehensive project plans for the implementation of the CIPHR system, defining key milestones, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Facilitate regular project status meetings, track progress, and prepare reports for senior management.
Align with the People and Culture team on data cleansing and data extraction ready for data migration.
Oversee data migration from legacy systems into CIPHR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout the process.
Coordinate with our Technical Service teams for the integration of CIPHR with other enterprise systems (e.g. Payroll)
Manage system testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure CIPHR meets business and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing or post-implementation and work with the vendor to resolve them.
Plan and deliver training sessions for HR staff and other key users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Develop HR / Payroll user manuals to support current and future administrators and users
