To support our experienced core tutor team, we are actively seeking additional qualified freelance trainers who have the relevant professional qualifications, experience, and skills to tutor our accredited training courses on an as-needed, freelance basis. Freelance Highfield Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection (RQF) Tutor

Your role will include:
- Providing engaging, high-quality training that meets the needs of both organizations and individuals, ensuring the objectives, aims, and standards of both the awarding body and our company are achieved.
- Collecting feedback from learners and employers to assess the effectiveness of training.
- Accurate and timely completion of all required quality management documentation.

Tutor Requirements
Highfield Qualifications recommends nominated tutors for this qualification meet the following:
1. Hold a relevant qualification or have relevant experience in auditing and inspection which could include any of the following:
- Highfield Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection (RQF) with practical experience of carrying out audits/inspections
- Lead Auditor with practical experience in carrying out audits/inspections
- Environmental Health Officer qualification

2. Hold a recognised teaching qualification or have relevant teaching/training experience which could include any of the following:
- Highfield Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training or equivalent
- Level 3 PTTLS or above
- Highfield Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) or above
- Diploma or certificate in education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education
- Teacher’s Certificate or equivalent
- Level 3 or 4 NVQ in training and/or development
- Proof of at least 30 hours of formal training in any subject

Tutors are expected to demonstrate extensive relevant experience and knowledge in their field as well as provide evidence of engagement with the subject area along with commitment to ongoing professional development.
