6 MONTH CONTRACTWe’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to support our clients Credit Risk function with project management activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced project team and play a key role in driving successful project deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support for Projects: Assist the programme manager and project team with various administrative tasks to support project activitiesData and Presentation Solutions: Produce data solutions that effectively communicate key information and support decision-making processesProgramme Data and Intelligence: Acquire and evaluate data, providing valuable insights to enhance decision-making and programme deliverMonthly Invoice and Financial Tracking: Manage and reconcile monthly invoices against the project’s financial tracker.Project Spend Collation: Collate and maintain up-to-date financials for external, internal, and IT resources. Reconcile monthly spend against cost centre recordexpense Management and Processing: Collate expenses and submit for approval and processinG.Business Case Development: Assist in building business cases for presentation to senior stakeholderCompliance & Risk Management: Operate in alignment with the Bank’s Risk Management framework, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.What We’re Looking For:Experience in project management or working within a PMOFamiliarity with project management software such as PMP and JIRAStrong administrative and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlinesProficiency in financial tracking and reportingExcellent communication and documentation skills
