Key Responsibilities:
As a Programme Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering a complex programme of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Programme Delivery:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define project methodologies and delivery processes.
Matrix Management:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams ensuring effective resource allocation and overcoming blockers swiftly.
Budget Oversight:
Manage programme budgets ensuring all projects adhere financial protocols.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify risks/issues implementing contingency plans keeping them track
Communication : Provide clear concise updates progress challenges fostering transparency collaboration
Governance Managemen t Facilitate governance forums ensure follow stage gate process necessary documentation
Qualifications Required :
To thrive this role should bring proven experience delivering programmes multiple utilities industry similar environments solid grasp organisational change business improvement strong planning leadership communicate effectively technical non-technical relevant qualifications APM PMI Prince II essential
