Description

Responsibilities:
- Commercially manage 2 large projects: one on the south coast and one in West London.
- Split your week with approximately 1-2 days on each site and a day in the office in West London.
- Oversee Quantity Surveyors currently working on these schemes.

Requirements:
- Experience with large Civil Engineering/Infrastructure projects and reinforced concrete structures packages.
- Degree qualified.
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
- Attention to detail regarding documentation and relevant procedures.
- Experience working with well-known main contractors (specifics to be confirmed).
