Description

Location: Wiltshire/Hybrid (2x days a week on site)
Contract Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract With Extensions
Rate: £600 Per Day total Umbrella Rate

Company Overview:
Sanderson recruitment is currently partnered with a Financial Services business based in Wiltshire who require a Scrum Master to serve one or more Scrum teams and protect them from any distractions and remove impediments that could prevent them from completing sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve one or more Scrum teams.
- Protect teams from distractions.
- Remove impediments to achieve sprint goals.
- Create an environment responsive to change.
- Facilitate self-organising Scrum teams to deliver high-quality product increments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Agile experience.
- Proficiency in Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with SAFe framework.
- CSM or PSM certification.
