Client Requirements
My client requires a Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the M&E sector to join their business working on a long term contract basis.

Compensation
Paying £400 - £450 a shift + Working a mix from home & the clients offices in London + Outside IR35 + Weekly payments.

Role Suitability
This role will suit someone who has worked on the ECI stages which will involve design and pricing.

Overview/Responsibilities
- Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Producing a bill of quantities
- Measurement and takeoff
- Working on NEC3 or JCT style contracts
- Identify any variations/risks to contracted works

Candidate Profile
This position would suit anyone who has worked on M&E projects and someone who is looking for a very long term role offering stability.

Salary Details
Salary ranges from £400 - £450 a shift based on experience with weekly payments - OUTSIDE IR35.
