Brief Role Description:
- Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role is to oversee and manage the Concorde Technology Group purchasing activities. You will be part of a very focused and results-driven team that works to a very high standard. The position is to be a central point to the success of the sales division being the link between marketing, sales support, and the Sales teams to create further value from the vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain supplier information and legal documents using HubSpot SRM tool.
- Control and manage all purchasing on behalf of the company.
- Ensure supplier system is maintained in line with both Company and ISO standards.
- Ensure equipment is delivered on time for all projects.
- Manage purchases of hardware and software.
- Increase gross profit by ensuring 'best price' purchases.
- Review pricing structures and discounts with all suppliers.
- Assessing and managing supplier relationships; introduce new partnerships where applicable.
- Understand market trends in relation to Company goals.
- Work with suppliers to help introduce new products/services they may offer.
- Collate relevant marketing documentation; keep sales systems up-to-date.
- Negotiate/coordinating supplier/vendor training requirements; work with departmental managers for scheduling.
- Responsible for vendor accreditations including levels/discounts/training required for improved partner status.
- Creation of sales contracts; processing customer orders.
- Provide operational cover during holidays/absences within finance teams.
- Adhere to Group Information Security Policy.
- Follow all Concorde Technology Group processes/procedures regarding ISO 9001and 27001 accreditations.
- Perform any other tasks as required by Head of Finance or other managers/directors.

Essential Skills:
- Outstanding customer service skills; strong communication abilities are vital due to daily interactions with employees, customers, vendors, suppliers.
- Knowledge of IT products/services/market trends
- Hardworking/dedicated individual capable of operating at a fast pace
- Strong organization/time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Effective prioritization/execution capabilities in pressured environments
- Initiative in problem-solving situations
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
