Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our operations, working on a Modular Build in Wigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently and safely, while managing a team of professionals. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.

Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Must have modular build experience.
