Working Time: 9am-6pm with flexibility
Salary: Β£250 per day
Working as part of a small in-house marketing team, alongside external Marketing, PR and Ticketing agencies, the ideal candidate will be responsible for co-creating and executing our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing team and external agencies to support the planning, development, and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns for Sage & Jester's immersive experiences and projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Manage relationships with external marketing, PR, and ticketing partners, providing clear direction, ensuring seamless integration, and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and brand-consistent content across all platforms (website, social media, email, presentations), ensuring alignment with strategic marketing objectives.
- Spearhead the ongoing development and optimization of Sage & Jester's website to serve as a central hub for shows, events, digital experiences, and content.
- Establish and manage Sage & Jesterβs CRM function; developing and implementing a robust lead generation strategy and associated content plan to engage and nurture audiences.
- Develop and execute audience development strategies including local community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Prepare basic reports on marketing metrics; preparing comprehensive reports on campaign performance ROI; audience engagement.
- Contribute to budget planning allocation for marketing initiatives; ensuring cost-effective strategies maximizing resource utilization.
- Implement manage a content approval process across various platforms ensuring quality control brand consistency.
- Support the Marketing & Communications Director Head of Marketing in PR activities ticketing operations partnership initiatives.
Requirements for the Role:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on arts culture sector.
- Proven track record developing executing successful multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Exceptional written verbal communication skills ability craft compelling copy present stakeholders.
-Solid experience digital channels including social media website CMS email marketing.
-Experience managing external agencies cross-functional teams.
-Strong project management skills ability manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
