Position Overview
Seeking to hire an Operations Controls Associate to join the London team. Candidates from either an Operations or Middle Office function who are open to moving into a control remit are encouraged to apply. The primary focus of the role is to assist with the day-to-day running of the team, from a control's perspective in line with current regulation (MiFID). The position also has exposure to data analysis, reporting, and client onboarding.
Requirements
- Relevant experience within an Operations/Middle Office or Control focused role within financial services
- Exposure to MiFID and/or Transaction reporting would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Fixed Income markets would be beneficial - but other markets would be considered
- Excel/VBA experience is essential. Any exposure to SQL is advantageous - but not essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and frequently changing priorities
