Job Description
The EMEA Event Technology & Operations Manager will be a member of the client EMEA Event Marketing team, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of client external, high-profile pan-EMEA event programs. Client events are attended by customers, prospective customers, sponsoring partners, analysts, press and employees.

Responsibilities
This position involves working with the EMEA Event Registration Tools & Technology Manager to:
- Lead event registration processes including assisting with registration system builds
- Work with team members to develop and implement delegate plans
- Support with compiling event and registration reports
- Test and run event tools including the event mobile apps and meeting management systems
- Develop attendee registration and housing experience
- Collaborate with vendor partners and supporting event agency to design onsite registration management plans that ensure a positive attendee experience
- Develop relationships with our preferred suppliers and event agencies that result in successful delegate tools and provide a great delegate experience
- Develop timelines for each event and tool, including scoping event, copy reviews, build, testing, collaborator reviews, etc.
- Ensure programme elements remain on budget, on schedule and accurately reflect the client brand
- Work with legal and privacy to ensure delegate tools are fully compliant
- Be responsible for registration data integrity in accordance with established event registration policies
- Work with the communications team and event project lead to create and review all event registration communication.
- Pre-register employees for 3rd party events, handling group hotel room blocks.
- Pre-event reporting - provide regular, accurate, real-time registration and revenue reports for event collaborators broken down by region that map to the event goals
- Post-event analysis - Prepare a registration summary report and recommendations for improvements at the end of each event
- Handle lead upload process
- Monitor and identify trends through year-over-year analysis of registration data.
- Find opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
- Partner on other event programmes as requested based on need or opportunity including supporting additional client events
- Core project team pre-event
- On-site Event management including operations logistics
- Event strategy for additional EMEA events as required
- Lead or support demo scheduling for all suitable events

Skills & Requirements
2+ years of demonstrated success in registration management in a rapid-growth environment
Experience with delegate management required
Experience with registration housing content management tools required
Excellent analytical reporting skills ability to read interpret customer prospect data
Experience successfully leading multiple concurrent project demands in a fast-paced rapid-growth environment
Exceptionally meticulous able to focus perform accurately
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills strong emphasis importance written communication
Proactive resourceful self-starter comfortable working autonomously strong work ethic willingness learn

Some business travel will be required related assigned events
Bachelor’s degree equivalent
