Are you an experienced Finance Change Leader with a passion for transformation and a track record in delivering finance system change? We are looking for a Finance Business Change Lead, on a 12 month contract, to drive the successful implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Delivery:
- Define and implement tailored change plans, ensuring technical requirements are met before go-live.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and act on feedback to ensure smooth adoption.
Change Readiness & Training:
- Develop training programs, workshops, and coaching to upskill teams and embed new ways of working.
Business Impact Assessment:
- Analyse and articulate the impact of change on people, processes, and technology while driving benefits realisation.
Monitoring & Risk Mitigation:
- Track readiness, oversee transition plans, and proactively address risks to ensure smooth implementation.
Performance & Success Metrics:
- Define clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness and long-term impact of change initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Prosci or equivalent change management qualification.
- Proven experience in finance transformation, preferably within an SAP implementation program.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Expertise in change coaching, impact assessment, and process optimisation.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivering sustainable change.
