Job Summary
As a Senior Programme Transformation Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps, implement change management processes, and utilize best practices in programme management to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide our teams. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of change and programme framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication throughout the lifecycle of programmes.
- Monitor programme progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
- Provide in-depth analysis of programme data and present insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation and embracing change within the organization.

Requirements
- Experience in change delivery within engineering company.
- Proven track record of successfully leading global transformation programmes from conception to implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in programme and change management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detailand strategic thinking.
