Spinwell is recruiting for a Procurement Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Responsibilities Of The Procurement Manager:
- To lead on a number of procurements to deliver the target of providing an additional 6,000 beds via different forms of accommodation.
- To lead on behalf of the client the tactical procurement of a Professional Services Delivery Partner.
- To support on the outcome of the strategy for medium sites and pilot schemes, covering (but not limited to) the following procurements:
- Facilities Management
- Security
- Contingency accommodation
- Support on commercial strategy.
- Route to markets.
- Lead on tender documentation and cost models.
- Tender publication and process lead.
- Evaluation and tender recommendation reports.
- Contract award.
- Issue contract notices.
- Complete Contract Management Plans.
- Keep procurement systems (Jagger) up to date.
