The Account Manager EMEA will roll up his or her sleeves and commit to serving the needs of our hospitality customers around the globe. Team Description
The sales and account management team is a highly demanding team, driven by their eagerness to increase SOW, operates fast and efficiently in order to meet targets and deliver great service to our customers. This role will involve managing a varied portfolio of hotels and chains; you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for each account, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships with our clients. Together, we will focus on deploying superior account planning and a consultative sales approach to maintain a high level of service and increase penetration in existing accounts.

Role And Responsibilities
- Serve as a strong advocate for clients within Sabre, effectively navigating the complexities of a large virtual organization to identify and collaborate with the right stakeholders, ensuring timely execution on behalf of the client.
- Evolve annual territory sales strategy and execution; perform ongoing market landscape analysis and market research to identify top opportunities and risk.
- Implement and maintain effective sales management practices to deliver accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts supporting business growth.
- Extensive understanding of market landscape including knowledge of key players, competitive landscape, key trends, opportunities, challenges.
- Proven experience selling & driving negotiations to successful close.
- Truly understand customer needs & consult with them on effective solutions Sabre can offer.
- Follow internal processes ensuring margins are positive & pricing aligns with Sabre strategy.
- Demonstrate professional presence & business acumen coupled with articulate consultative oral/written communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills anticipating potential issues & suggesting creative alternatives overcoming barriers.
- Ability to interpret analytics highlighting actionable data telling compelling story around performance/results.
- Ability to lead/direct multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously understanding client overall performance/strategy facilitating future budgeting anticipated revenues:
- Negotiate develop interpret execute client contracts
- Make decisions keeping three main pillars always in balance: client satisfaction employee satisfaction fiscal fortitude
- Monitor customer performance proactively providing clients recommendations optimizing results based on goals/objectives
- Be savvy creating presentations telling compelling story engaging/effective communicating strong productive end in mind
- Be comfortable playing wide range roles based on what client needs from Sabre including Project Manager Researcher Technical Expert Innovator Collaborator Entrepreneur Relationship Lead
- Hold both client/Sabre accountable deliverables decisions keeping projects/programs moving forward
- Have finger pulse all major client/Sabre activities initiatives finding new opportunities with clients
- Attend industry functions lead in-person meetings clients travel line business requirements
- Log/manage all opportunities via Salesforce accurate forecasting utilizing available tools/resources self-sufficient

Roles Requirements
2+ years experience in Hospitality essential ideally Revenue Management or hotel technology
Degree in hospitality/business or equivalent desire grow within technology/hospitality sector
German language fluency essential
Excellent ability collaborate work effectively team environment including regional/global teams
Ability forge solid internal relationships
Experience managing multiple projects
Self-directed start-up mentality resourceful innovative adaptable comfortable rapidly evolving environment skilled change management
Advanced Excel (inc Pivots VLOOKUP Conditional Formatting) Advanced Word PowerPoint
Excellent written verbal communication skills fluency English must
Presentation skills translating numbers trends wider audience fluent German English (Must)
