Description

Switch Property Group have construction projects across the North West and we are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to help us successfully deliver them.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Project Lead
Overall responsibility and management of procurement of all suppliers, sub-contractors and self-employed labour
Co-ordination and management of all suppliers, sub-contractors and self-employed labour
Preparation, co-ordination, negotiation and appointment of all (Self-employed, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers through the “Switch Property Group (Project Plan)” and “order documents”. Prior to appointment, director approval required for all orders.
Weekly Update - completion of switch projects report “Switch Property Group (Design & Build)” and issue to clients / employers.
Weekly Update - tracking of all quotes and orders placed on “Switch Property Group (Admin)”
Weekly Meeting (site) - Site Meeting / Site Inspection, with client / employer (Client Update). Ensuring all site information and health & safety is adequate and all site management tasks and information are prepared for the following week, through the “site set up”.
Weekly Meeting (office) - Switch Project Meeting, Design and Build Update Strategy (Forward Planning). These meetings are for all orders, plans and information to be reviewed and approved by directors for all actions on your project.
Daily Update and Management of all project’s orders, tasks, actions and information through and tracked on “Switch Property Group (Project Plan)”
Daily Update (Site management) – On site daily task management of all suppliers, sub-contractors and self-employed labour Switch report
Daily Update (Site management) - Administration of all site documents - (Accidents, Inductions, Permits, Records, Inspections, Photos).
Daily Tasks – (Site management) - delivery management, health and safety, site and security management, site access.
