About The Team
Globality's Sales team is responsible for originating, cultivating and closing new customers as well as overseeing the development of these relationships from a growth and success point of view. The team largely focuses on North American and European headquartered companies in the Fortune 500/Global 2000. We particularly seek to deepen our already significant penetration of customer accounts in Financial Services, Life Sciences/Healthcare, Tech/Telecom/Media, CPG/Retail sectors. Our target sponsors and buyers are most typically the CFOs, CIOs ,and Chief Procurement Officers.
Role Summary
Globality is looking for an experienced Sr. Enterprise Account Executive that has a strong sales track record developing , qualifying ,and closing new business SaaS deals .You will be responsible for effectively managing the whole sales process ,including qualifying new leads ,identifying prospects ,and aligning with executives to shape & close business.
What You Will Be Doing
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop & execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets & drive business growth.
- Identify & prospect enterprise-level companies across various industries engaging with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing ,product ,& customer success.
- Drive entire sales cycle from initial engagement & discovery through contract negotiation & closure.
Relationship Management:
- Build & maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients serving as trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular business reviews ensuring client satisfaction while identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with customer success team ensuring smooth onboarding process.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends market dynamics competitive landscape identifying new opportunities.
- Gather/analyze client feedback providing valuable insights for product enhancement innovation.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate/up-to-date sales records activities forecasts .
- Generate regular reports on performance pipeline development revenue projections presenting insights recommendations .
What We Are Looking For
7+ years experience selling transformational technology-based solutions large enterprise accounts . Proven track record achieving/exceeding targets complex B2B enterprise sales environment . Strong business acumen understanding enterprise cycles stakeholder management procurement processes contract negotiations . Demonstrated gravitas interact C-suite level ability partner working-level influencers . Exceptional collaboration skills leveraging talent capabilities assets across leadership team Board product marketing teams creating demand closing business . Passion disrupting status quo procurement practices .
