Description

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office)
Salary: £45-60,000 + benefits
Contract: Initial 12 month contract

Responsibilities:
- Deliver a best-practice HR programme across multiple functional areas including Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, H&S, strategy & Procurement.
- Partner with functional leadership to drive business performance by coaching and developing managers.
- Ensure alignment with the wider HR strategy and company goals.
- Responsible for department restructures and OD work attached to this.
- Foster collaboration and partnership with broader HR teams for unified service delivery.
- Own the employee lifecycle, talent management, and local HR initiatives while leveraging CoE expertise for recruitment and L&D.

Key Duties:
- Deliver a high-quality HR service across Head Office aligned with overall HR strategy and business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership providing HR expertise to improve leadership capabilities and team performance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle within the region from recruitment to offboarding.
- Build strong relationships with CoE teams for collaborative HR service delivery.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment outcomes while leveraging CoE support for sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with Talent Management and L&D teams on regional talent initiatives that align with wider strategies.
- Take ownership of regional talent management strategy focusing on engagement, succession planning, career development.
- Develop initiatives to identify high-potential employees contributing to talent pipeline.
- Support managers in building development plans aligned with business priorities.
- Assess training needs in collaboration with L&D team delivering tailored programs.
- Ensure effective execution of training initiatives fostering continuous learning culture.
- Act as compliance champion ensuring adherence to internal policies including EDI standards.
- Coach stakeholders on accountability for people management practices aligning them with company values.

Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyse HR metrics and trends identifying opportunities for improvement informing strategic decisions.
- Tailor interventions addressing regional challenges consistent with overall strategy.
- Drive implementation of deliverables including EDI compliance ensuring alignment.

Employee Relations Support:
- Provide guidance on complex ER issues supporting managers in handling cases professionally maintaining legal compliance.
- Proactively identify potential ER situations managing them before escalation.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

The People:

Degree educated or equivalent
Professional accreditation (qualified level 7 or working towards)
Operational experience across full employee lifecycle (ER, Recruitment & Development)
Progressive HR experience within head office functions
Extensive experience in complex roles
Proven track record in talent management & engagement
Effective communication skills at all levels including senior management
Strong influencing & decision-making skills throughout all levels of business
Focus on compliance governance knowledge of best practices employment law
Experience managing/delivering change programmes
