Summary:
• Experienced member of the Global Creative Journey & Branding team with responsibility for branding experiences for a portfolio of internal and external global events. Plan and execute the creative and operational aspects of conferences with a focus on the development and creation of exceptional onsite attendee journeys through the production of all onsite event builds, digital platforms, signage and branding across in-person events.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative journey for Client’s external and internal (corporate) events with a focus on impactful attendee (delegate, sponsors, and associates) journeys across the global portfolio through build and branding elements, and digital platforms.
• Management of operational process, and project management through planning process and execution at internal and external client events both in-person and virtual.
• Project manage the planning and implementation of signage, build, branding, furniture and finishing/accessory requirements for selected events in collaboration with the wider conferences team.
• Support the Digital Experience program globally, aiding in the design and creation of digital signage assets, strategically integrating digital platforms into our attendee journey, overseeing implementation of program at select conferences.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of operational processes and project management playbooks to maximize impact across all regions/portfolios.
• Creative approach to all aspects – constantly seeking to exceed previous experiences; increase effectiveness of processes.
• Collaboration with Client Business Units to strategically advise/support their event objectives throughout planning process - culminating with conference experience.
• Build excellent relationships with vendor partners – leading them to a Client level creativity/innovation/passion towards conferences.
• Effective financial management including budget creation; cost negotiation; accurate forecasting; highlight risks/recommendations for fund allocation; management production planning calendar.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3+ Years Event Management/Branding/Experiential & Event Marketing Experience
• Proven creative/operational management responsibility in team setting
• Proven event operational/project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously/prioritize workload
• Management multiple agency/vendor partners
• Experience creating event spaces/environments/floor plans
