Delivery Manager - Software implementation

Company Overview:
SaaSA specialist construction cost engineering practice with expertise in civil engineering and infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to join the company on a consultancy basis.
Role Summary:
You will lead and manage complex technology-enabled business transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with experience in cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and application development.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects/programs, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including technical, development, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project governance and standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program and project delivery management, particularly in technology-focused environments.
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and data center migrations.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure modernization and application development.
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, и stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines и budgets.
- Experience leading и motivating cross-functional teams.
