We are seeking an experienced IT Operation/Project Coordinator to support and streamline IT operations and assist with project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, project management principles, and excellent organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various IT tasks, managing small to large-sized IT projects, and ensuring efficient day-to-day IT operations.Responsibilities:IT Operations Support:Oversee and manage daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth running of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.Collaborate with IT teams to monitor system performance, address issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation of system configurations, licenses, and processes.Support incident management by logging, tracking, and escalating issues as needed.Project Coordination:Assist in planning, executing, and tracking IT projects from initiation through completion, including hardware/software upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and system implementations.Coordinate tasks among project team members, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are completed.Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.Assist with resource planning and allocation for IT projects.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the liaison between IT teams, other departments, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.Provide regular updates on operational and project-related activities to key stakeholders.Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve issues and keep projects on track.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement in IT operations and project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Assist in developing and implementing new procedures or technologies to improve IT services.Monitor compliance with IT policies and best practices, ensuring adherence to security and operational guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in IT operations, IT project coordination, or a similar role.Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and technical support processes.Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the success of key IT initiatives.About CheilWelcome to Cheil UK.
