We're looking for a proactive Executive Assistant with Real Estate experience, open to candidates from Israel or Palestine only.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally liaise with clients, partners, and team members.
Manage social media accounts and assist with digital communications.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
Assist with research, data collection, and report preparation.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in managing administrative tasks, including social media.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Willingness and availability to travel as required.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
