Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Ecommerce Digital Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our
Adobe Commerce website
and third-party marketplaces globally, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, enhance digital capabilities, and improve both the selling and buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
digital strategies
to optimize
conversion rates (CRO)
, increase sales, and drive revenue growth across
our E-commerce platform and third-party marketplaces
.
Oversee the
end-to-end management of our E-commerce and web platform
, ensuring performance, functionality, and scalability.
Collaborate with
product, sales, operations, and customer service teams
to deliver seamless E-commerce experiences.
Lead
website enhancements
, working with developers and designers to improve UX/UI, site performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Manage and optimize
product listings
, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and Real Time inventory updates.
Monitor and analyse
key performance metrics
, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.
Work with marketing teams to implement
SEO strategies
, digital campaigns, and other initiatives to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Lead the launch and management of third-party marketplaces
, including account setup, listing optimization, and performance tracking.
Stay ahead of
industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
in E-commerce and digital project management.
Identify and lead
expansion opportunities
into new marketplaces and international markets.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to inform digital strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
5+ years of experience
in
ecommerce project management
with a strong focus on
Adobe Commerce
(Magento).
Proven expertise in
B2B and B2C ecommerce
operations, including marketplace management.
Strong understanding of
ecommerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and digital best practices
.
Experience using
ecommerce CMS platforms, marketplace seller portals, and analytics tools
to drive revenue growth.
Familiarity with
SEO, digital marketing, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization
.
Proficiency in
project management methodologies
(Agile, Scrum, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
, with experience collaborating across teams.
Technical skills in
HTML, basic web development, and digital analytics tools
are a plus.
