Position Name: Java Tech Lead
Type: Contract
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Job details:
- 10+ years of experience to lead and manage the development team by providing technical direction and guidance for end-to-end tech delivery.
- Participate into the security meetings and lead the presentation of technical solutions into the architectural forums.
- Build high-performance, scalable, and robust applications.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new industry standard processes and tools to enhance development capabilities.
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards and engage in code reviews.
- Participate in incidents awareness and support handling.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Java (core and framework), Spring Framework (MVC/Batch), Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, Jenkins.
- Deep hands-on expertise with SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML; working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery; XML Query is a plus.
- Good to have experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes; Oracle; Oracle Coherence; Mule; Solace etc.
