You’ll work directly with senior executives, contributing to a group-wide strategic review that’s critical to the client’s next phase of growth.The Roles:Independent Strategy Consultant 1 – Industrials & Warehouse AutomationFocus: Growth strategy for a business unit in industrials and/or warehouse automation.Background: Strong consulting experience with exposure to supply chain, automation technologies, or industrial operations.Independent Strategy Consultants 2 & 3 – E-commerce & TechFocus: Growth strategy for a division in e-commerce and technology.Background: Strategy consulting with a focus on digital platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, or tech-enabled business models.What You’ll Do:You’ll play a key role in shaping the growth agenda for one or more of the Group’s Business Units, working on:Market & Industry Analysis: Identifying trends, growth drivers, and disruptive forces.Customer & Competitor Research: Uncovering insights to inform strategic direction.Proposition Development & GTM Strategy: Defining value propositions and go-to-market plans.Business Model Innovation: Developing strategic options to unlock new opportunities.Resource & Financial Planning: Building out implementation plans with clear resource allocation and financial projections.What We’re Looking For:4–7 years of strategy consulting experience, including 3–5 years at a top-tier strategy firm (MBB or equivalent), and ideally with at least 1 year experience working as an independentProven track record in growth strategy projects—from analysis through to execution planning.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset.Ability to engage and influence senior executives confidently.Available to commit to a 2-3 month project starting soon.Hybrid working: 3-4 days remote, 1-2 days per week on-site at the client’s location just north of London.CompensationCompensation will be a Day Rate in line with market rates for this type of work.Why This Project?Work with a globally recognized, UK-listed tech leader on business-critical initiatives.Be part of shaping the future of cutting-edge technologies in industries that matter.Direct exposure to C-suite executives and the chance to influence strategic decisions at the highest level.Collaborate with an experienced team and learn from a leader with 20+ years of strategy, M&A, and corporate development expertise.If you're interested, apply with your CV—we’d love to hear from top-tier consultants ready to make an impact.
