Company Overview
A growing Engineering company are hiring a Electrical Project Engineer to join their team working on substation and BESS projects across the Manchester area. The company specialise in the Power, Renewables and Rail sector across the UK and have a number of projects in the pipeline.
Role Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will be working on a variety of HV substation projects from 132kv up to 400kv.
Required Experience
The company are looking for the following experience:
- Electrical bias
- Experience working on HV substation projects (132kv and above)
- Good understanding of DNO and National Grid processes beneficial
- Completion of UK power projects preferred
Compensation and Work Environment
The Project Engineer role will offer:
- Day rate up to £450
- Site based role with occasional work from home (maximum of 1 day a week from home project depending).
