Job Summary
We are seeking an Engineering Manager with strong experience leading teams in C#, .Net Framework, Angular JS, AWS cloud and SQL stack. Experience working in a product setup and Utilities domain is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams across different geographies, ensure projects are delivered on schedule and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Manage teams in Agile framework, responsible for day to day running of the team, manage delivery, customer stakeholder management and involve in design discussions.
- Strong software engineering/development background in .Net Framework along with AWS, SQL, C#, Angular JS.
- Experience designing scalable and secure full stack Enterprise SaaS products.
- Well versed in defining Architecture principles and frameworks.
- Strong experience in AWS cloud (Code build, Terraform, EKS, Serverless).
- Proficiency in SQL , database design and query optimization.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C#, Angular JS, Advanced JS, Web API, SQL server, AWS cloud and .Net Framework.
- Strong experience in AWS cloud; good working knowledge on various CI/CD tools; managing applications/deployment in AWS cloud infrastructure; working with API gateways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Document software designs and code to ensure maintainability.
