Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious marketer ready to take on a key role within a high impact and fast-paced marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO), you will have the opportunity to form part of the Marketing & Communications senior leadership team - managing a team of Demand marketers driving growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of demand and campaign marketers across demand, campaigns, and events.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations & Transformation, Portfolio Marketing, Content; lead development/execution of clear repeatable campaign process.
- Be responsible for global lead generation for Group marketing team; set clear KPIs/pipeline goals.
- Align events strategy with regional/global marketing campaigns/revenue goals by region.
- Enforce/review regular campaign reporting from cross-functional teams; measure impact/optimise tactics.
- Bring marketing/comms functions together for integrated campaigns/connected approach.
- Set Campaign KPIs; work with broader marketing functions on generating growth through campaign lead gen/improving lead quality/conversion rate.
- Drive reporting enhancement aligned with strategic priorities; ensure analytics processes/dashboards are effective for reporting on performance.
- Report monthly on marketing revenue pipeline/improve processes/visibility within Salesforce.
- Project manage campaigns; hold regular assessment/reporting meetings with stakeholders/deliver monthly performance report to CMCO.
- Generate insights on engagement behaviours/identify high performing channels/assets in campaign journey.
- Support team members in developing strong stakeholder relationships/accountability for meeting revenue targets/campaign objectives/presenting monthly performance reports.
Leadership Role
Reporting to CMCO/working closely with Head of Marketing Transformation:
- Drive Campaigns team towards delivering strong CX campaigns with clear objectives/KPIs/measurable outcomes (including NPS/Satisfaction/CX touchpoint survey execution).
- Develop audience-focused strategy/support regionalisation of strategic marketing plans.
- Support data-driven approach ensuring measurable outcomes from activities.
Collaboration Requirements
Work closely with Head of Portfolio Marketing:
- Feed new products into regional marketing campaigns positioned correctly per audience requirements/business objectives while ensuring all regional campaigns adhere to Group Tone of Voice.
Skills Required
Proven experience in B2B marketing role demonstrating demand/campaign success:
- Strong leadership qualities/develop relationships across broader business positioning as strategic partner.
- Detail-oriented/numeric skills managing multi-million dollar budgets/multiple projects simultaneously while keeping organized/focused plan-wise.
- Strong relationship building/negotiate skills managing internal/external stakeholders working fast-paced environment/team collaboration required communication skills essential experience CRM/MAP tools (Salesforce/Pardot bonus).
- Undergraduate degree required; Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
