Day Rate: £800 - £900 PD (Outside IR35)

Location: Remote
Global Change Manager to lead and deliver transformation across global finance shared services. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change initiatives that will shape finance operations globally, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global change management for finance shared services transformation projects, ensuring consistency across regions.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to develop tailored strategies for successful integration and adoption.
• Execute communication plans that address regional needs while ensuring unified messaging.
• Identify risks and resistance in various regions and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to facilitate smooth transitions globally.
• Monitor and assess the success of change management efforts on a global scale.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in global finance shared services or transformation projects.
• Expertise in managing change across multiple regions, with an understanding of cultural, regulatory, and operational differences.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
