Location: Lutterworth
Contract Duration: 12 months minimum
Project Value: Approx £10 million
Job Requirements:
- Overseeing and delivering a groundworks package, including electrical, mechanical, and drainage systems, attenuation tanks, and detention basins.
- Overseeing and delivering sub and super structures of each building, including sub-stations and water compounds.
- Overseeing and delivering soft and hard landscapes, including retaining walls and car parks.
- Planning ahead to determine required activities and works for adequate sequencing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage groundworks project from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, risks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial groundworks/civils project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods/materials/regulations.
